Parent-initiated cancellations
- More than 48 hours before the session: full refund.
- Between 24 and 48 hours before the session: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours before: no refund, but you can transfer to a future session if space allows.
Club-initiated cancellations
If we cancel a session for any reason (chef illness, school closure, safeguarding concern), you receive a full refund or free transfer to a future session — whichever you prefer.
Missed sessions due to illness
Please keep unwell children at home. Message us and we'll try to move you to a later session where possible.
