Adults
- All adults leading or supporting sessions are DBS-checked.
- A named safeguarding lead is present at every session.
- Any concern is escalated to the host school's designated safeguarding lead.
Handover
- Children are collected only by the named collector at booking.
- Alternative collectors must be added in writing before the session.
Photography
Photos are only taken with explicit parental consent, and never shared publicly without that consent.
