This notice explains what personal data The Foodie Explorers Club collects, why, and what your rights are under UK GDPR.
What we collect
- Parent contact details (name, email, phone).
- Each child's name, year group, allergies, medical and dietary needs, emergency contact and named collector.
- Booking and payment records.
How we use it
- To deliver each cooking session safely, including allergen planning and handover.
- To contact you about your child's booking, changes or safeguarding matters.
- To meet legal and safeguarding obligations.
Sharing
We share personal data only with the host school's designated safeguarding lead where required, and with our payment processor for the sole purpose of taking payment. We never sell your data.
Retention
Booking and safeguarding records are kept for 3 years after the end of the term. You can ask us to delete data at any time — write to info@foodieexplores.com.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, and to complain to the ICO.
