These terms apply when you book a place at The Foodie Explorers Club.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed once payment has been received. Places are per-child, per-session, and cannot be transferred between children without our written agreement.
Attendance & collection
Children must be collected by the named collector at the agreed door, at the end-of-session time. Late collection may incur a £10 fee.
Behaviour
We reserve the right to end a booking without refund in the rare event that a child's behaviour puts others at risk, after conversation with parents.
Liability
We hold public liability insurance. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes
We may update these terms; the last-updated date at the top will change. Bookings already made are governed by the terms in force at the time of booking.
